Carrie brings decades of experience in pricing strategies and negotiation through not just her work as a Realtor, but also her work as a government contracts consultant where she specializes in obtaining, negotiating and maintaining government contracts for businesses both large and small. In addition, Carrie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Law.

Carrie has been a licensed Realtor since 2005. Carrie brings honesty, passion, attention to details and a true desire to make certain her client’s best interests are always represented.

Carrie has a deep love for the Chesapeake Bay, it’s waterways, people and communities. She has committed to donate 5% of net proceeds for every closed transaction to the Saint Michaels’ Community Center and the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum. Both of these organizations offer services in support of the people in our community.
